Gardner Denver Schopfheim (formerly Rietschle) has been producing and processing aluminium castings in our state-of-the-art sand and gravity die casting plant for decades. We produce complex and complicated castings for our own product line as well as for a variety of customers, meeting the highest expectations and requirements:

Sand casting  is typically used for the production of complex geometries since it is often the only option for castings with complicated core moulds.

Gravity die casting is applied when mechanical demands are highest, as is the case for complex interior geometries and undercuts.

Above all, however, successful projects are the result of a close, trusting relationship between manufacturer and customers. We take pride in bringing lean management methods, a TS-ISO 16949 certified quality control system and professional engineering staff to the table to meet our partners’ demands.
